On June 27, 2013, in connection with serving as the Secretary of Commerce of the United States, Ms. Penny Pritzker resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Hyatt Hotels Corporation (the “Company”) and all other positions she holds as a member of any committee of the Board and any and all of the Company’s subsidiaries, effective immediately.
