On February 13, 2013, AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2012 and that it will conduct a previously-announced, publicly-available conference call and webcast to discuss these results. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
