Mindray Medical International Limited (“Mindray”, NYSE:MR), a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of medical devices worldwide, today announced shareholder resolutions adopted at its annual general meeting of shareholders held in Hong Kong on December 28, 2012.

At the meeting, Mindray shareholders approved the re-election of incumbent directors Xu Hang, Ronald Ede and Chen Qingtai, each to serve a three-year term.

In addition, Mindray shareholders ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012.
