Perfect World Announces Departure of Mr. Davis Jian Li
Beijing, China (September 24, 2012) – Perfect World Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: PWRD) (“Perfect World” or the “Company”), a leading online game developer and operator based in China, today announced that Mr. Davis Jian Li, senior vice president of the Company and general manager of the Company’s Shanghai office, has departed from the Company effective September 24, 2012 for personal reasons. Upon Mr. Li’s departure, Mr. Di He, chief technology officer of the Company since 2006, assumes Mr. Li’s responsibilities for the Company’s Shanghai office.
“We would like to thank Mr. Davis Li for his contributions to Perfect World,” commented Mr. Michael Chi, Chairman and Co-CEO of Perfect World. “We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Davis and wish him the best in his future endeavors.”
