Appointment of Mr. Kamal Nath as Chief Executive Officer of Sify Technologies Limited
Sify Technologies Limited (“Sify”) has named Mr. Kamal Nath as Sify’s Chief Executive Officer, to replace Mr. Raju Vegesna.
On August 16, 2012, Sify issued a press release in which it announced the appointment of Mr. Nath as Chief Executive Officer, the text of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 6-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
