On May 17, 2010, Bitstream Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it has agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets of Press-sense Ltd. for $6.5 million in cash and the assumption of liabilities related to deferred revenue. The Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
