Further to the announcement on 2 July 2009, Prudential plc announces that Nick Prettejohn will cease to be Chief Executive of Prudential UK and Europe and an executive director with effect from 30 September 2009.

This announcement is made pursuant to the obligations under Listing Rule 9.6.12.
