Tokyo, May 13, 2008 — Mitsubishi UFJ Securities Co., Ltd. (MUS), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc., hereby announces that Mr. Aoki will step down as President of MUS effective June 26, 2008.
