Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

(b) On February 6, 2008, Arif Maskatia resigned as a director of Lithium Technology Corporation (the “Company”) in order to devote his time to other business matters. Mr. Maskatia served as a director of the Company since February 1999.
