Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 25, 2007, K2 Inc. (“K2”) and Jarden Corporation (“Jarden”) issued a joint press release announcing the execution of a definitive merger agreement pursuant to which Jarden will acquire K2. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
