On September 14, 2006, Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (the “Registrant”) announced that L. Kevin Kelly has been elected the Registrant’s Director and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Kelly has held various positions within the Registrant since 1997, most recently as President, EMEA and Asia-Pacific. A copy of the Registrant’s press release announcing Mr. Kelly’s election is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
