Walker Boyd to
Retire in june 2010
 

Signet Jewelers Ltd ("Signet") 
today announced that 
Walker Boyd
 will retire
 from the Board of the Company and as Finance Director 
at the end 
of the Company's 
annual general meeting to be held in June 2010
.
