On January 24, 2019, E*TRADE Financial Corporation (the “Company”) announced its fourth quarter and full year earnings for fiscal year 2018. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.

Additionally, the Company published an updated version of its investor presentation with data for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2018. The presentation is available on the Company’s corporate website, about.etrade.com.

On January 23, 2019, the Company declared a cash dividend of $0.14 per share on the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock. The dividend is payable on February 15, 2019 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 1, 2019.
