On April 6, 2010, Arrow Electronics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing agreements to acquire Converge, a leading provider of reverse logistics services, and Verical, Inc., a unique e-commerce marketplace geared toward meeting the end-of-life components and parts shortage needs of customers. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
