Item 2.02                      Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 22, 2008, Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (the “Company”) issued a quarterly financial supplement containing financial and operating statistics of the Company (“Quarterly Supplement”) for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2008.  A copy of the Quarterly Supplement is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and is hereby incorporated by reference.

On October 22, 2008, the Trust made available on its website a quarterly financial supplement containing financial and operating statistics for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2008.  A copy of the quarterly financial supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is hereby incorporated by reference.
