On January 26, 2004, Hexcel Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the
"Company"), issued a press release in which the Company announced its
financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and full year ended
December 31, 2003. A copy of this earnings press release is being
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
