(b)        On July 8, 2016, Kevin M. Mailender, Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners, and David A. Jones, Senior Advisor to Oak Hill Capital Partners’ funds, resigned from the Board of Directors of Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc., effective immediately.
