Following the issuance of 7,165,662 ordinary shares by the Company to InterCure Ltd. (hereinafter the “Shares” and “InterCure,” respectively), according to a private placement report from July 9, 2012, as amended July 22, 2012, and further to the announcement of InterCure dated July 22, 2012 announcing that InterCure had engaged in a blind-trust with SGS Trustees Ltd. (hereinafter the “Trustee”) for the sale of the Shares during trading on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in a gradual manner and according to a mechanism set in an agreement over a period of two years, the Company hereby announces that on September 1, 2013, InterCure notified the Company that during August 2013, 216,609 shares of the Company were sold at an average price of NIS 1.164 per share. InterCure currently holds 6,949,053 shares of the Company.
