BANCOLOMBIA ANNOUNCES CO-INVESTMENT IN ING LATINAMERICA ASSETS
Medellín, Colombia, April 19, 2012
Today Bancolombia’s subsidiary, Banagricola S.A., a Panamanian company subscribed for 4,129 shares representing 4.13% of the capital stock of Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana España S.L., a company organized and existing under the laws of Spain and the indirect owner of the ING Latinamerica pension and insurance assets purchased by Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana in late 2011.
The subscription price for the shares is USD 36,539 per share, for a total purchase price of approximately USD 150 million.
