Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
 
On December 30, 2007, the Board of Directors of Turnaround Partners, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) unanimously rescinded its prior action of December 14, 2007 to change of the Company’s fiscal year end from December 31 to September 30. As a result, the Company’s fiscal year remains December 31.
