On January 31, 2008, the Board of Directors of SportsQuest, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end from October 31 to December 31. A copy of the press release that the Company issued on January 31, 2008 with respect to this event is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.03.
