Item 1.01  Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On September 4, 2009, the Registrant arranged an increase in its line of credit with UBS from $6.5 million to $7.7 million and received additional cash from UBS of $1,263,620.

Attached hereto as Exhibit 99 is the correspondence the Company received regarding the increased credit facility.
