FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Peace Arch Entertainment Enters MIPTV with New Film and Television Slate, Including ‘Delirious,’ ‘Guantanamero,’ ‘Watching the Detectives’ and ‘Shred I & II’

Recently Completed Crime Drama Miniseries ‘Guns’ Makes MIPTV Debut Prior to Canadian Television Premiere this Fall

Toronto - April 7, 2008 - Peace Arch® Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX:PAE - News) (TSX:PAE.TO - News), an integrated global entertainment company, today announced that it will debut a broad selection of contemporary film, television and DVD titles to international broadcasters and video distributors attending the MIPTV conference April 7-11 in Cannes.

Among the Peace Arch feature film offerings at MIPTV are the prize-winning dark comedy “Delirious,” the Vicente Penarrocha-directed and penned drama “Guantanamero,” and the highly anticipated Lucy Liu-Cillian Murphy romantic comedy, “Watching the Detectives.” Additionally, two titles from the popular Tom Green-Dave England “Shred” comedy franchise will be available.

“Peace Arch will bring a significant number of new theatrical, television and DVD titles to MIPTV for the first time this year,” says Peace Arch Entertainment President-COO John Flock. “They include a high quality selection of feature films, miniseries, made for television movies, fresh episodes of non-scripted TV fare and content from our one thousand title catalog, one of the largest independent film and television libraries in the world. The diverse array of offerings for the international market serves as a testament to our company’s rapid growth, which will continue to accelerate in coming years.”

"Guns," a gritty, explosive four-hour miniseries recently completed in time for MIPTV, is slated to air on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in the fall. It tells the story of four families caught up in illegal gun trafficking and the impact it has on their lives.

"Guns" stars Elisha Cuthbert ("The Girl Next Door," "The House of Wax," Fox’s "24"), Colm Feore ("The Chronicles of Riddick," "Chicago," "City of Angels"), Lyriq Bent ("Saw" II, III, IV, "Four Brothers"), Shawn Doyle ("Frequency," "The Eleventh Hour," "Don't Say A Word") and Gregory Smith (WB Network's "Everwood," "The Patriot," "Small Soldiers," "Harriet The Spy"). Producer Jennifer Holness and director Sudz Sutherland co-wrote the script.

Additionally, Kevin Byles, president of international sales and distribution for Peace Arch, will introduce two new movies for television and DVD at the market, the thrillers “Never Cry Werewolf” and “Devil’s Mercy.”

In the thriving non-scripted TV lifestyle genre, Peace Arch offerings will include new episodes of popular Canadian weight loss shows—the comedic and brazen “Bulging Brides,” as well as belly buster “The Last 10 Pounds Boot Camp”—and the travel countdown series, “UberGuide
Television.”
