Peace Arch Entertainment Announces Second Season Premier of Hit Television Series 'Makeover Wish'


Company's The Eyes Television Division Continues to Capitalize on Record Setting Production Schedule


Toronto - October 1,2007 - Peace Arch® Entertainment Group Inc. (AMEX:PAE - News) (TSX:PAE.TO - News), an integrated global entertainment company creating critically acclaimed television, film and DVD content for worldwide distribution, today announced that the second season premier of "Makeover Wish," a feel-good lifestyle television series produced by the Company's The Eyes television division, will air tonight on HGTV Canada. The Eyes is currently experiencing  a record setting production schedule with 47 new television episodes and three new pilots during  2007.

"Makeover Wish" is an innovative reality-show format that follows a $25,000 makeover dream come true for very deserving people. Nominated by co-workers, friends and family for this special and once-in-a-life time opportunity, homeowners receive a fantastic makeover for the whole family, for one person, or the entire town.

Peace Arch recently signed an exclusive international distribution agreement for several of the Company's television formats, including "Makeover Wish," to Distraction Formats, a leading independent format distributor whose operations include the redesign of successful television programming for use in new language and cultural markets around the globe.
