Effective June 2, 2005, Mr. David Gillard resigned as our Chief Financial Officer. We expect to announce the addition of a new Chief Financial Officer within the next few weeks. In the meantime, our controller Sunil Amin, will temporarily fill the position while the recruitment process is concluded.
