Item 5.02.  Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

(b)                                 On June 19, 2015, Avery Dennison Corporation (the “Company”) announced the departure of R. Shawn Neville, President, Retail Branding and Information Solutions (“RBIS”), and one of the Company’s named executive officers.  Mr. Neville will no longer serve in such capacity effective June 22, 2015, and is expected to depart the Company following a brief transition period.
