Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Forest Oil Corporation today completed the previously announced redemption of all $150,000,000 principal amount outstanding of its 7¾% Senior Notes due 2014 (the Notes). In accordance with the terms of the Notes, the Company paid 101.292% of the principal amount of, plus accrued and unpaid interest on, the Notes up to (but not including) today, for an aggregate redemption price of $154,715,083.34 in cash.
