Item 7.01 Regulation FD
On August 7, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release that announced its financial results for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2009, as filed on August 7, 2009, with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the relevant securities regulatory authorities in Canada in the Corporation’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, and announced a management quarterly conference call scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth herein and in the press release is deemed to be “furnished” and shall not be deemed to be “filed” for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
