Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On December 19, 2008, Station Casinos, Inc. submitted a borrowing request for the remaining $257 million available under its revolving credit facility.  As of the close of business on December 19, 2008, $239 million of such borrowing request had been funded.  The proceeds of such borrowing will be used for general corporate purposes.
