On June 16, 2008, Titan Machinery Inc. ( the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three month period ended April 30, 2008. The Company will be conducting a conference call to discuss its first quarter financial results at 7:30 a.m. Central time on June 16, 2008. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference in this Current Report on Form 8-K as if fully set forth herein.
