A. Evaulation
Based on their evaluation as of a date within 90 days of the filing date of this report, Registrants Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer had concluded that Registrants disclosure controls and procedures as defined in Rule 13(a)-14(c) and 15(d)-14(c) under the Exchange Act are effective to ensure that, information required to be disclosed by the Registrant in reports that it files or submits under the Exchange Act is recorded, processed, summarized and reported within the time periods specified in Securities and Exchange Commission rules and forms.
B. Changes in Internal Controls
There were no significant changes in the Registrants internal controls or in other factors that could significantly affect these controls subsequent to the date of their evaluation, nor were there any significant deficiencies or material weaknesses in the Registrants internal controls. As a result, no corrective actions were required or undertaken.
