Meeting of Stockholders of The Thai Capital Fund, Inc. Since there were not
enough shares represented at the Meeting to decide on Proposal 2, to approve an
amendment to the Fund's Investment Contract, the Meeting to vote on Proposal 2
has been adjourned to June 24, 2005, to give shareholders additional time to
vote.
