Item 8.01 Other Events
On September 13, 2006, NovaDel Pharma Inc. (“NovaDel”), a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing the two latest additions to its pipeline of oral spray drug development candidates. NovaDel’s new programs are focused on treating disorders of the central nervous system, with Tizanidine Oral Spray (formerly NVD 422) for the treatment of spasticity and Ropinirole Oral Spray (formerly NVD 434) for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
