A delay in the receipt of the prior Independent Accountants Consent, due to an administrative timing issue resulting from a change in Independent Accountants, has resulted in a delay in the filing of the annual report on Form 11-K with respect to the AGL Resources Inc. Retirement Savings Plus Plan for the year ended December 31, 2002. |
